  • Learning to trust yourself again by rebuilding the connection to your own inner knowing - the voice that's been there all along of ten drowned out by self-doubt 
  • We'll work with real practices that create real change - in how you feel & how you move through the world. 

About Meghan

In my daily life, I work as a counsellor. I'm also a coach, writer and storyteller, a multi-passionate creative, and a lifelong learner with ADHD - someone who has never quite fit the mold and I spent a long time making peace with that.

My path to this work wasn't linear; it was full of reinvention, unexpected detours and many seasons of wonderinf if I was ever going to figure it out. I came to counselling later than most, and I brought everything with me. I woork with ADHDers and creative, global thinkers because I know this territory from the inside. Not just professionally but personally. I'm not here as an expert with all the answers, but as a guide who is always learning, offering space, structure, and the kind of support that comes from someone who has genuinely been where you are. I believe we're already whole & this program is about learning to trust that.

Lesson One: Understanding Self-Esteem and Unconditional Self-Worth 

The cognitive stuff: What is self-worth? How can we think about this in a genuinely productive way,  and unpack the subconscious beliefs that pop up when things don't go your way.

Lesson Two: Dismantling fear of judgement & ridicule from other people

Here we dig into the 'everybody' factor. How are past judgements and negative experiences and misunderstandings still impacting your self-concept?


Lesson Three: Self-Love Skillbuilding & Practice  

Where mindfulness & compassion meet creativity! How to intentionally (and realistically) use positive, generative actions to experience and turn up the volume on your self-belief.  

Lesson Four: Continued Skillbuilding & Growth 

Because understanding isn't the same as embodying, we'll work to anchor in the best practices for you that create real change in how you feel, speak about yourself and move through your days.
